One of the many talents from my fiancée, golf characteristics Alexandra O’Laughlin , is that she’s an accomplished golfer.

Hitting the same putt within ways gives you an instant information about the speed and slope to the green.

If you are she’s on the practice golf putting green ahead of a matchmeeting, series, sport, test, tilt, tourney round, she’ll do certainly one of my favorite drills: finding a quick putt inside 10 letters with a little break on it and as a result placing three tees along at the high side of the opening, each about six in apart, as shown.

The routine: Aim at a tee, knock a putt, then favor a different tee and hit another. You’ll notice that usually the tee farthest from the hole will require you to hit all the ball softer, while the first tee closest to the hole will require good deal more speed. The benefit: Hitting the selfsame putt with different breaks and after that speeds helps you calibrate the fact that greens are running and consequently handle the greens you’re going to play.

Matt Killen truly a THE ACTIVITY OF GOLF Top 100 Teacher and is the jefe of instruction at Troubadour Golf & Field Community in College Grove, Tenn.
