Stop This Bad Habit To Improve Your Golf Game
I imagine, like most of us, you do a few short game practice shots before you play. And if you’re like most of us, you have a bad habit when you do this, and it’s costing you strokes.
You see, most golfers, when they go to practice short game shots, they will adjust the lie with the clubhead before they play the shot. But you can’t do that on the golf course, so why practice like that?
Its a bad habit!!
So here’s what I want you to do from now on that will improve your short game on the course.
When you go to practice short game shots, just throw your balls down and play them from where they lie. Naturally you’ll get some bad lies from doing that but that’s golf!
Get used to it and lower your expectations when practicing. Anyone can hit good short game shots from good lies when practicing and hitting the same shot over and over again. But that’s nothing like playing golf. So suck it up, throw balls down and practice from lot’s of different lies. You’ll play better short game shots on the golf course because you’ve practiced something similar.
