Professional hockey players, by way of golf at least, are just like our business. Just like you and me, distributing their next round pertaining to golf, even during among the list of important meetings of their job role. Our evidence comes via the recent exchange between Used Doughty and Clayton Keller.  

Doughty is a defenceman for the AINSI LA Kings and clearly per golf nerd. So much so which will during a face-off Wednesday date, he looked across the cold and challenged his assailant to a golf match.

“What’s your pega, ” Doughty said to Clayton Keller, Phoenix Coyote’s forward .  

The car helped, of course , that Doughty was mic’d up for the industry. Keller’s responses weren’t noisy enough to be recorded.

“Scratch? ” Doughty said next. “Let’s play. I’m a 7. ” 

Keller muttered something clever, whom we can only assume was a question of Doughty’s actually handicap.  

“No, seven, ” or even said, sternly. The puck was dropped and they have been off.  

From the looks of it, a genuine match was agreed upon. The particular sole issue is, Keller is actually even better than a scratch, in line with his current handicap.  

The twenty three year old is an absolute stick, logging hands in out of Silverleaf in the Arizona area. His current problème index is listed at +2. 4, though he singular logged four scores into 2021. Perhaps he’s taken back down toward scratch since of rust.  

Here’s hoping Doughty may give him a run on most of the course. The Kings the fatigue Coyotes in consecutive golf games earlier this week.
